I'm Back!

Well its been a busy busy few months and I never had time to log on. But now its a quiet Sunday morning & I am sick...

Lincoln just had his first birthday and he took his first steps (official steps) yesterday. So its been an exciting week. We just got his birthday pictures back from the photographer, they are so fun. They were worth all the stress!

I Learned Something

So I learned something tonight...
Lincoln had his 6 month shots today and so he is running a fever tonight. I wanted to keep a close eye on it to make sure it did not get too high. My doctor had said that rectal temperatures are more accurate than armpit temps, so I decided to be go that route. Any normal occasion it would have been fine... what I didn't think about was that Lincoln had gas. So I get the thermometer in and he pushes it out with at little "toot". I thought this was hilarious... and so did he, so he kept pushing out farts and with that, the thermometer kept getting pushed out. Then all of a sudden there is POOP EVERYWHERE. Ew. He pooped all over the thermometer & the changing table. Morale of the story... take an armpit temp if they have gas. :o)

First Family Photos

I decided to get some cute family photos taken to use as Mothers Day Gifts. Now that I have a baby I can get away with being lame like that. Just stick one of the photos in a nice frame and I'm done!

We miss you Remy.
Two weeks ago our dog went missing. We think that our creepy neighbor took her, but have no proof. There really isn't anything that we can do about it. This was Tyson's dog, I gave it to him for his birthday last year. Tyson is so sad.
